LOL, you watched Chak De India? I love that movie. Then again, they could have Shahrukh Khan read the phone book for three hours and I'd probably watch it. I was gonna marry him someday. Yeah...that didn't work out.

You should watch some of his more sugary, schmoopy, romance movies. They usually have wafer thin plots which are all pretty much the same, but it's always entertaining. :D

Chak De India was a DELIGHT.

I've watched a few of his movies and I love them aaallll~ I kind of had a King Khan *phase* a while ago? And it's tooootally coming back again. I love him SO MUCH. I think Om Shanti Om is my #1 favorite, but as I continue to watch his library of GENIUS WORK, I like each one so much that I have difficulty deciding. I would listen to him read the phone book, in Hindi, for a week. Then at some point he would look up, his eyes all sparkly and full of ~emotions~, and ask, croaking, for a drink of water. :D :D :D Then he would SING about the water. Then he would grow a beard and get all serious for a breakdown moment, about how precious that water was to him, and how sweet it is, like my lips, etc.

Then we would get married in a wedding that lasts like two weeks and I wear the prettiest red sari and roll around encursted with marigolds and we ride off on imaginary purple elephants into the sunset!

Hey! You stole my wedding idea!!!

Seriously, though, this guy has been my hero since I was in pre-school (though that's not all that unusual for most Indian girls). My crushes on celebrities usually wear off after a while and I go through phases, but my crush on him has yet to wear off and I'm thinking that it probably won't, like....EVER.

How many of his movies have you watched? I would recommend: Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge (it's mandatory viewing), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (I used to have a VHS copy which I broke from watching too much), Dil To Pagal Hai, Dil Se (sooo good), Pardes (kind of bad, but kind of good just cuz he's in it), Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gham, Kal Ho Na Ho, Main Hoon Na (hilarious), Yes Boss, Mohabbatein, Chalte Chalte, Paheli, Don, Swades and Veer Zaara.

You know....if you have waaaay too much time on your hands that you need to kill, lol.

Right now I'm just slowly working through the things that are available on Netflix.

Maybe if I'm completely crazy by Christmas, I'll go around finding other stuff.
