moar drawing

This is what I'm doing instead of NaNoWriMo, late at night.

Yeah... that whole... writing a novel thing? eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehn.

So I drew that.

And then I was like "maybe I can sit down and really try to draw an awesome Link?!?!"

and proceeded to prove to myself that NOPE, STILL CANT DRAW WORTH SHIT.

Yeah. No. That crap took me like... two hours to draw and numerous deleted layers of sketchy pose junk and it still looks utterly ridiculous. So I'm just gonna...... cry. No wait. I'm just gonna... not draw people or cartoons ever again. Let's stick to objects, shall we? LET'S DO.

Ahhh, that's much better

attempt at replicating pastel work on photoshop.

Lovely drawings, particularly the sketch with the ridiculously large jewel.

I think NaNoWriMo is a bit much. When I write books, I set the goal to write two pages a day. That's it. If I write more, great, but all I HAVE to write is two pages. Sure, finishing takes awhile, but the point is that with this strategy, I do always finish eventually. Sitting down and writing 2,000 words (or whatever the daily NaNO requirement is) seems daunting and like it will take up too much time, but only needing to write two pages...now, that's a bit more manageable. Anyway, I don't really know what I'm talking about, I just know that it worked for me two and a half times (still working on the second half).
